Yes! Group Training is about effort, not fitness level. Coach Liam offers modifications and advancements for each exercise, ensuring a safe and effective workout for everyone. With a few small adjustments, exercises are accessible to all!

3. Are the workouts held indoors or outdoors?
During COVID, group fitness classes are held indoors, while one-on-one sessions can be indoors, outdoors, or virtual, depending on the trainer’s availability.
4. Do I need to book my classes in advance?
Yes! To maintain a personalized training experience, we keep our group sizes small usually 6 to 12 participants. Booking ahead guarantees your spot and ensures our trainers can tailor your workouts based on your fitness goals.
5. How many sessions per week should I attend to see results?
We recommend 2–3 small group training sessions per week for optimal results. Combining high-intensity workouts with customized nutrition guidance ensures faster fat loss, muscle gain, and improved endurance. Our trainers will create a plan that suits your goals and lifestyle.
6. I’m worried about committing for a full year. Do you offer flexible plans?
Absolutely! At Impact Fitness Oakland, we understand life can be unpredictable. We offer flexible memberships, including month-to-month plans and drop-in sessions, so you can train on your own terms without long-term pressure.
7. Can I pause my membership if I need to?
All prepaid sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled session, or it will be charged.
8. Is personal training only for beginners?
Personal training is for everyone, regardless of skill level. Beginners benefit by learning proper techniques, getting comfortable in the gym, and building healthy habits. For intermediate or advanced athletes, it helps break plateaus and achieve peak performance. Even the world’s top athletes rely on trainers to stay at their best.
9. What safety and sanitation measures do you follow?
